So It Begins

It all started with two boys and a dream. Okay, maybe that’s a little simplistic: It started with two boys, a dream, a boatload of post cross-country hunger, and a little disposable income courtesy of our parents.

For one year, we traversed Berks County, finding the best—and worst—it has to offer for wings. While we cannot call Berks home at the moment due to this entire go into crippling debt for a piece of paper thing, the least we can do to celebrate Berks’ unique poultry scene is to give back to the community.

So, this website will be filled with pictures, reviews, stories and cautionary tales of our wings trips both throughout Berks County and in the world beyond. Some stories will be recollections of yesteryear; others, yet to unfold. We invite you all to join us as our tastebuds and waistlines seek to establish the most comprehensive database yet of Berks County’s Wing scene!
